This wooden garden smoker stands 128 cm tall overall and is designed for smoking meat, sausages, fish, poultry, cheese and other foods at home.

The smoking chamber is made of natural linden wood with 18 mm thick boards. The wood has a flame-treated finish that gives the smoker its traditional appearance. Its compact size makes it suitable for a garden or allotment, including places where space is limited.

Smoking chamber

The wooden housing measures approximately 96 cm high including the roof and 79 cm without the roof. Inside are crossbars and hooks for hanging food. Leave space between products so smoke can circulate freely. The amount of food you can smoke at once depends on its type, size and arrangement.

Separate firebox and smoke pipe

The separate metal firebox is made of 2 mm thick steel and measures approximately 25 × 30 × 35 cm. Smoke travels through a metal pipe into the wooden chamber, keeping the fire outside the chamber that holds the food.

Thermometer and uses

The smoker has a Polish-made thermometer for monitoring the temperature inside the chamber. It can be used to prepare sausages, ham, bacon, poultry, other meats, fish and cheese.

Protect the smoker from prolonged exposure to rain, snow and excessive moisture. After use, store it in a dry, sheltered place or protect it with a suitable cover. Before first use, assemble all components correctly and check that the structure is stable.
