Orders within Poland are delivered by InPost, either by courier or to a parcel locker. Delivery is free for orders over 200 PLN. For orders under 200 PLN, delivery within Poland costs 20 PLN.

Shipping within the European Union is handled by DPD or DHL, exclusively by courier. Delivery is free for orders over 50 EUR. For orders within the EU under 50 EUR, the delivery fee is 15 EUR.

Cash on Delivery
For cash on delivery payments, the customer pays for the order only upon receipt, with no additional charges. Delivery is free for orders over 200 PLN within Poland and over 50 EUR within the European Union! The customer only pays the order amount directly to the courier upon delivery. -
Electronic Payments
A quick and convenient method for online bank transfers. Payment systems: Przelewy24 and Stripe. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. After payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation and proceed to the next step (shipping). -
Bank Transfer
Traditional bank transfer – after placing an order and selecting bank transfer as the payment method, the customer will receive a confirmation email with our bank account details. The order will be shipped promptly once the payment is processed.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available by prior arrangement at our Krakow location: ul. Zakopiańska 73, 30-418 Kraków.
