Before first use:
Wash the smoker with hot water and preheat for 20–25 minutes. Add 200–250 g of hardwood chips (avoid birch). Recommended: alder, oak, apple, pear, walnut, cedar, juniper, heather. Salt or marinate your products, pat dry, place on the rack. Slightly pre-cook meats. Smoking times: fish 30–60 min, meat 60–120 min.
