Returns and Complaints

Return Conditions

  1. Right of Return
    The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with consumer protection law.

  2. Product Condition
    The product must be returned in an unused, undamaged condition, along with the original packaging and all accessories. The returned goods must show no signs of use.

  3. Return Procedure
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service for detailed instructions. The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.

  4. Refund
    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made to the same account or payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Customized Products
    Products made to special order, customized, or modified according to customer specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not comply with the contract.

Complaints

  1. Right to Complain
    The customer has the right to lodge a complaint about the purchased goods in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the contract within 2 years of the purchase date.

  2. Filing a Complaint
    To file a complaint, please contact our customer service and send a description of the defect along with photographic documentation, if possible. Please also provide the order details and purchase date.

  3. Complaint Processing
    We process complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the customer is entitled to a product repair, replacement, or refund.

  4. Shipping Costs
    If the complaint is accepted, the return shipping costs will be covered by the seller. If the complaint is not accepted, the customer will be informed of the option to return the item at their own cost.

  5. Complaint Exclusions
    Complaints do not cover damages caused by improper use, mechanical damage after purchase, or modifications made by the customer.
