Delivery within Poland
Delivery is carried out via InPost — either by courier or to a parcel locker.
Delivery cost: Free for orders over 150 PLN.
Delivery within the European Union
Delivery is available only via courier services (DPD or DHL).
The delivery cost depends on the country of destination, the selected courier service's rates, and the size of the package.
Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (only in Poland)
When choosing cash on delivery, the customer pays for the order directly upon receipt — with no additional charges.
Free delivery for orders over 150 PLN.
⚠️ Cash on delivery is not available within the EU or outside of it!
Online Payments
A fast and convenient way to pay via online transfer.
Payment systems: Przelewy24 and Stripe.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Once the payment is received, you will get a confirmation, and your order will proceed to the shipping stage.
Bank Transfer (manual)
After placing your order and selecting bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive an email with the payment details.
Shipping will be initiated as soon as the funds are received.
Pickup
In-store pickup is available by prior arrangement in Kraków:
